Primary Care
We offer personalized care for prevention, wellness, and common illnesses, building long-term relationships and coordinating with specialists when needed. Serving ages 4 and up, we provide visits in our office, in the privacy of your own home, or conveniently via telemedicine. Our goal is to make high-quality, compassionate care accessible wherever you need it.
Urgent Care
Your health is our priority. Our Urgent Care service provides prompt, effective treatment for illnesses and injuries—no ER visit needed—with visits available in our office, in the privacy of your own home, or conveniently via telemedicine. We ensure you get the care you need, when and where you need it.
Anti-Aging Functional Medicine
Our Anti-Aging & Functional Medicine approach combines traditional care with functional and regenerative therapies to optimize health, slow aging, and enhance vitality. By addressing the root causes of aging and disease, we provide treatments that help you live longer, feel younger, and thrive at every stage of life.
Additional Services

We're just a call away! We provide healthcare from a distance using electronic information and technology, such as computers, cameras, videoconferencing.
Home Visits
In home primary and urgent care for those who feel most comfortable at home.
Primary Care
We will provide personalized health services that cover a range of prevention, wellness, and treatment for common illnesses. We will provide a long-term relationships with you and advise and treat you on most health related issues. If your illness or illnesses fall out of our scope of practice, we will promptly coordinate your care with specialists. We will be providing care for all patients age 4 to 104 including womens health.
Urgent Care
If we you elect for this type of care, We will care for any illness, injury or condition serious enough that requires care right away, but not so severe it requires emergency room care.

Telemedicine
If an in person visit can not be made, same day or next day, we will provide healthcare from a distance using electronic information and technology, such as computers, cameras, videoconferencing, satellites, wireless communications, and the Internet.
Home Visits
For our patients that choose this option, we will provide in home primary and urgent care.
